Introduction to Flow Fusion

Welcome!

Flow Fusion combines elements from different movement practices, including Flow movement, contemporary dance, soma movement, Chi practice, as well as Pranayama breath work.

Through guided exercises, you will unleash your Body and Mind Power, discovering your unique movement signature.

You will integrate soma movement, which focuses on anatomy and functional movement, enhances body awareness and vitality and helps prevent injuries.

Flow Fusion allow the body to align and gain inner space and ease while enhancing coordination.

By practicing Flow Fusion, you will experience new energy in flow, enhanced physical fitness, improved flexibility in your joints and muscles, reduced stress, regulated nervous system, and increased overall well-being.

Flow Fusion is teached daily in The Hague in the Royal Conservatory and at CLOUD/Danslab
